In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the qa77 website, mobile interface, and all associated betting, casino, and gaming services accessible at qa77.io and any related subdomains.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by you on the qa77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in your qa77 Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by you via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or other approved payment methods, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of a bonus amount that must be staked in eligible games before the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification Documents" means any government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method ownership documentation requested by qa77 for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes.
• "Service Interruption" means any unplanned downtime, technical failure, connectivity issue, or maintenance period affecting the availability of the Platform or any part thereof.

By accessing the qa77 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by qa77, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

To register and maintain a qa77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

4. You do not already hold an active or suspended qa77 Account. Only one Account per individual is permitted.

6. You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of qa77 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processing partners.

qa77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds present in the Account at that time.

When registering a qa77 Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must promptly update your Account information if any detail changes. qa77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.1 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will bear full responsibility for all such activity.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact qa77 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. qa77 will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the qa77 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are detected, qa77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and withhold any Bonus Funds credited across those Accounts.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

qa77 may request identity verification at registration, at the time of your first withdrawal request, or at any other time at qa77's discretion. Requested documentation may include, but is not limited to: a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence; a proof of current residential address; and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits. qa77 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on the qa77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). qa77 does not accept foreign currency deposits. The following provisions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on your Account.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment method listed as available on the qa77 Platform at the time of deposit. qa77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which qa77 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment service provider, typically within 60 seconds. qa77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing systems or network outages.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account that was used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. qa77 processes withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes of approval; however, the actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the relevant payment service provider.

qa77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been fully satisfied.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

qa77 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering principles. qa77 will not process transactions that it reasonably suspects are connected with illegal activity. qa77 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to freeze Account Balances pending investigation. In such circumstances, qa77 will not be liable for any resulting financial loss suffered by the Account holder.

qa77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. qa77 reserves the right to exclude specific players or Account categories from any promotional offer at its discretion.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless a specific bonus offer states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements within the applicable time limit will be automatically forfeited from your Account.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., slots, live casino, sports betting). Wagers placed on restricted game categories will not count towards wagering requirement completion. Full details of eligible games are provided in each offer's specific terms.
• qa77 may withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already credited to your Account.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate a bonus offer — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other players — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.

All bets placed and games played on the qa77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game, as published on the Platform. The following general provisions apply across all betting and gaming activity:

7.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. qa77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already commenced (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered for that event), where the odds have been published in error, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or suspicious betting patterns.

7.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets for cricket, football, and other sports are offered where explicitly indicated on the Platform. In-play odds are subject to rapid change. qa77 accepts no liability for bets placed on stale odds resulting from connectivity delays on the player's side. qa77's records of accepted bets shall be conclusive in all disputes.

7.3 Casino & Slot Games

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting the outcome of any game or bet, qa77 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the relevant stakes to the players' Accounts. qa77 is not liable for any winnings that are displayed as a result of a technical error and which qa77 determines to be manifestly incorrect.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qa77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform on behalf of any third party or allowing any third party to use your Account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by qa77.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in games or the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in systematic wagering strategies designed solely to exploit bonus offers without genuine recreational intent (commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus hunting).
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, match fixing, or fraud.
• Interfering with the technical operation of the Platform or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any qa77 system, database, or administrative interface.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qa77 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether qa77 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

qa77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

qa77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from security vulnerabilities. qa77 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and security but cannot guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that all transmitted data will be secure.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability for death or personal injury caused by qa77's negligence.

qa77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made that may adversely affect players' rights, qa77 will provide reasonable notice of the change by publishing an updated version of these terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date shown in the document header.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms.
